ALPHA COMMUNITY ACADEMY
Alpha Primary School is building on the outstanding success of Alpha Nursery School. The children are growing up fast and the primary school is now complete and stands adjacent to the Nursery. 2012 sees pupils in classes up to Primary Five level. The new computer lab is almost complete.
Alpha Primary School started up in January 2008 with 15 pupils, 7 of whom graduated from the nursery section in November 2007.
Some land next to the campus was purchased through donated funds and the building work continued. The school now has a beautiful campus with classrooms, a multi-purpose hall, offices, a dining hall, library and plenty of outdoor space for sports and games.
The official inauguration ceremony for Alpha Community Academy took place in August 2011. The guest of honour was the Minister of Education for Rwanda.
SUPPORT FOR NEEDY AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN
On Eagles Wings has set up a special support fund to receive donations towards the annual fees for children without parents or whose parents simply cannot afford any school fees.
If you can contribute something, however large or small, it will be combined with other donations and allocated to the children who need it most.
